Writer, Producer
Ms. Hammer is writer/producer of
The Stopping Place. She is in
pre-production and development with
several other inspirational and faith-based
feature projects including
working titles Looking for Charlotte, a
comedy, and Life, an action thriller.
A former TV news reporter, newspaper and magazine journalist,
she's founded three entrepreneurial ventures.
Two of her screenplays have placed in competitions including
Austin Film Festival (Prodigal Brother) and the Nicholl Fellowship
in Screenwriting (The Last Well).
She lives in the Dallas metroplex with her four children and large
husky/malamute.
